What we do

We here at Inspired Press make hobby games. Card games, board games, even the odd short RPG. Currently all our products are in varying stages of development as this isn't our profession. Its a hobby, but its a fun one so look out for use soon.

Our Games

Aces High

Highly researched and exhaustively playtested, Aces High is an attempt to capture some of the drama of the most famous air combats of the second World War. We begin our survey in 1942 over Guadalcanal where the Grumman F4F Wildcat faces the deadly Mitsubishi A6M Zero. Further supplements will include the Hellcat and further Zero models as well as dogfights of the European theatre from the Battle of Britain's Spitfires and Me 109s and the famous P-51 Mustang.

Battle Tank

A modular boardgame where the playing surface changes every time the game is played. Set in an archipelago where each island is ruled by a mad scientist with their own crop of hideous minions. In the first installment "Escape From Giant Robot Island" one player takes the role of Victor von Mechanstein, a mad genius who specializes in AIs. The other players control tank crews attempting to escape from his volcano base to the shores where they can find friendly submarines to return them to safety.

Celestial Warriors

The only roleplaying game under development by Inspired Press. It is designed to allow interactive, exciting martial arts duels and battles in several genres.

Drachen

A card game for 3-6 players. Each player controls a young dragon who desires to rule over all it can survey. The goal is to strike fear into the hearts of the villagers, demand tribute from them and amass a horde of objects. The other dragons are the main obstacle but occasionally an intrepid hero will arise to threaten their scaly overlords. Players may demand gold, livestock, even sacrificial victims from their territories.

Flash of the Blade

You die as you live. Cut, thrust, parry and maybe you will survive in this duel of honor. A card game for 2 players where each is a fighter in a sword duel. Some fight for love, others for vengeance or profit. Each deck contains all the maneuvers and dirty tricks of a skilled duelist with several variations. Choose the Brute, the Gentleman, the Rogue or the Officer and challenge your enemies to meet you on the field of honor where steel will decide your fate.
